Although the recipes are simple to follow, I was disappointed that the pictures are not color as in preview ("Look Inside"). They are black and white! I am returning the book.
Enjoyed this little cookbook. The recipes are easy and with no hard to find ingredients.. The foods flavors are very good. It's fun making and trying new recipes and serving them to your family. .
Korean cuisine is rich in seasonings and spices. I love it! The book contains tasty recipes and new cooking ideas. Everything I have made has been delicious. I made the BBQ Chicken tonight and it came out perfect. Can't wait to try other recipes.
Good book! I enjoyed the recipes and I think the added information about Korean food culture was very helpful. I was disappointed about the quality of the pictures in the book.
What a wonderful cookbook! Not only that you get great recipes, especially the meat recipes (well I'm a fan of meat), there are also nutritional values alongside each recipe, which is extremely helpfull when you're a bodybuilder like me. If you're new to Korean culinary than this is the book for you :)

As soon as I returned home I decided to try to cook Korean food myself. And this book helped me a lot.
